The need to account for the direct and indirect influence of competitive intelligence learning orientation on SMEs export performance given poor in developing economies precipitated this study. This has become relevant view ensure that remain an engine room economic growth development. Hence, we collected data from a sample set 400 employees engage activities. Structural equation model (SEM) with aid AMOSv27, was used analyzing data. study found affects SMEs. We also positive link SMEs’ performance, it mediates relationship between though partially. Drawing insight resource-based theory, advanced as firm intangible resource can affect even when channeled through orientation. manager’s ability first gather analyze reliable information about its firms’ readiness comparatively their competitors creating enabling environment supports sharing willingness alter existing practices replicate novel activities are fundamental ensuring increased performance.
